The Rosewood Preliminary Site Plan and Concept plan links are shown below. The preliminary plat was tabled to April 6 after several commissioners raised concerns about doing the preliminary site plans one at a time for Phase 1.
The self storage zoning is also set for April 6 at 7:00 p.m.
