  1. I see your interest in zoning issues. We are a group of several hundred homeowners in Plano that are concerned about the City’s proposed “Plano Tomorrow Plan” They put in a lot of flowery language but when you read through it carefully, you will understand that they are propoosing to “urbanize” Plano, greatly increasing the population by building high density developments in mid-rise (5 to 20 stories) and and urban mixed use apratments. In 2014, already zoning approvals will allow the addtion of 7,500 multi-family units.
