Incident #1:
OFFENSE TYPE: Suspicious Person
LOCATION/STREET: 7400 Red River Drive (Legacy Dr/Custer Rd, Mapsco 558T)
DATE: 4/23/15 (Thursday) TIME: 3:00 a.m.

DESCRIPTION: The custodian was cleaning the school around 3:00 a.m. and observed a white male, approximately 16-20 years old inside of the school. Upon seeing the custodian the suspect fled out through the doors on the south side of the school. The custodian advised that he did not know how the subject got inside the school, all the doors should have been locked.
SUSPECT INFORMATION: White male, 16-20 years old, medium build, wearing white shirt and blue jeans.
VEHICLE INFORMATION: On foot.

Incident #2:
OFFENSE TYPE: Suspicious Vehicle
LOCATION/STREET: 1600 Cherokee Trail (W. Spring Creek Pkwy/Custer Rd)
DATE: 5/1/15 (Friday) TIME: 11:50 a.m.

DESCRIPTION: Witness got a call from a neighbor advising her that two black males were in a black Nissan Altima slowly pulling out of her driveway. The resident had no idea what the subjects were doing at her house. No signs of a criminal offense were observed. Subjects were last seen driving eastbound through the alley towards Rainer Road.
SUSPECT INFORMATION: Both suspects were described as black males, 30 years old.
VEHICLE INFORMATION: Black Nissan Altima with tinted windows.

Incident #3:
OFFENSE TYPE: Suspicious Person
LOCATION/STREET: 7400 Red River Drive (Legacy Dr/Custer Rd, Mapsco 558T)
DATE: 5/4/15 (Monday) TIME: 8:15 p.m.

DESCRIPTION: An eleven year old girl was riding her bike in a park and then got off and walked close to the creek. She thought she heard someone walking and when she looked up she saw the suspect on the other side of the creek. The suspect told the girl to come to him. The girl turned and ran away from the suspect to a family in the park and phoned her mother to come pick her up. Police searched for the suspect, but did not locate him.
SUSPECT INFORMATION: Large white male, brown hair, goatee, last seen with no shirt and dark basketball shorts.
VEHICLE INFORMATION: On foot.

Incident #4:

OFFENSE TYPE: Indecent Exposure

LOCATION/STREET: 7400 Hamner Lane (Just West of Coit Rd, between Legacy Drive and Hedgcoxe Rd)

DATE: 5/31/15 (Sunday) TIME: 1:00 p.m.

DESCRIPTION: The adult female victim was jogging near the intersection of Legacy Drive and Coit Road when she noticed the suspect vehicle kept driving by her. At one point the car stopped ahead of the victim. As she jogged past she could see the suspect was exposing himself to her. The victim went to a nearby house and called the police. The suspect was gone prior to officers arriving.

SUSPECT INFORMATION: White male, 40-50 years old.

VEHICLE INFORMATION: Late model dark metallic Honda Civic.

Residents are urged to immediately call 911 upon observing any suspicious person,
vehicle, or circumstance.

If you have any information regarding suspicious persons or activity in your area,
please call the Plano Police Department at (972) 424-5678.

General Safety Information:

Please BE AWARE of what is going on in your block and neighborhood! LOOK AROUND as you leave your home and make sure that nothing looks “out of place” in your surroundings.

If you see ANYONE suspicious or ANY suspicious vehicle or ANYTHING that seems unusual…CALL 911!! The police will come out and check out the situation ASAP. DON’T be afraid to call 911 even if you think it’s not worth “bothering” the Police Department about. Let them come out and make that determination!

Remember:

1. USE YOUR BURGLAR ALARM if you have one.

2. If you have outdoor surveillance cameras make sure they are working, the Plano Police Department encourages all homeowners with outside cameras to register them with the PPD as they can help them solve crimes committed in the nearby area.

3. Keep your doors and windows locked.

4. Keep you garage door closed.

5. Park your vehicles in your garage if possible.

6. DON’T OPEN YOUR DOOR TO STRANGERS! If someone knocks, approach the door WITHOUT OPENING IT and say loudly “I’ll get it” or “Who is it” to let the person at the door know that someone is home. DON’T OPEN YOUR DOOR TO STRANGERS!

7. Keep outside lights on at night.

8. Keep your valuables in your home and vehicles out of clear view day and night.

9. Close your blinds at night.

10. If you see ANYONE or ANYTHING suspicious…DO NOT HESITATE…CALL 911!!
